This is a full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Agent at PRESTIGE EDITION REAL ESTATE located in Dubai. As a Real Estate Agent, your day-to-day tasks will involve contacting and assisting new clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.
You will create an impact to interest them and provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process, including property marketing, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, preparing legal documents, and ensuring a smooth closing while having a trustworthy and conscientious work ethic.

Qualifications

Efficiency and speed of productivity in gaining client interest.
Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of successful sales and client satisfaction
Ability to influence and use social media for marketing g purposes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using real estate platforms and tools
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
Fluency in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus)
