Preferred Requirements:

Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai, with experience in secondary market transactions.
Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including current trends and property values in secondary market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong sales acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the secondary market.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive market.
Valid UAE driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
