Role Description

This position as a "Leasing Real Estate Agent" (Commission Only) at Bulbul Luxe Living Real Estate LLC Dubai offers a full-time on-site or hybrid commission-based arrangement, designed to optimize employee performance and convenience. Remuneration is entirely commission-based, providing exceptional percentage earnings. Additionally, top performers will receive extra awards, coupled with long-term growth opportunities for permanent positions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and find living spaces that fit this criteria. You will then negotiate rent and drive our buyers to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success.

Responsibilities

Stage and show living spaces
Advertise and market living spaces
Finds and reaches out to new prospects
Discover clients' criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria
Negotiate living space rent and close deal with client

Qualifications

1-2 years' of sales experience
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
Strong communication skills
Experience in leasing and rental transactions in Dubai (Preferred)
Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus
UAE driving license holder is a plus
