Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Property Consultant role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will provide customers with a premium, professional, and flexible service, and will be responsible for sales, leasing, and property management. Day-to-day tasks will include building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs, giving property presentations, and negotiating deals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
2-3 years of experience as a Sales or Property Consultant in the UAE real estate industry
Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Knowledge of Dubai property laws, regulations, and procedures
Valid UAE driving license and car

Note: Fresh graduates with relevant degrees or experience in direct sales may also be considered.
