Role Description

This is a full-time on-site real estate agent role located in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. They will coordinate viewings, negotiate terms, and prepare and execute contracts. The Real Estate Agent will also maintain knowledge of the local market and real estate laws and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications

Must have at least Dubai Real Estate Experience
Customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients
Knowledge of Real Property and the local Real Estate market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented and ability to manage contracts and transactions
Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate management software
Experienced in Selling Offplan & Secondary Market and Commercial
Must be aware of RERA requirements and processes
Open to shift rotations
Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills and has the ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently
Excellent English-speaking communication and negotiation skills (mandatory)
Added advantage if you are Bilingual (Russian, Spanish, Italian, Arabic speaker)
