Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting and selling properties, and overseeing real estate development projects. The Real Estate Specialist will also be responsible for managing real property transactions and ensuring compliance with ethical conduct standards.

Qualifications
Real Estate Development, Real Estate, Sales, and Customer Service skills
Experience in real estate industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of local and international real estate market trends
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Real Estate, Business, Economics, etc.)

Relevant qualifications and licenses (such as a real estate license) are highly desirable.
