Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Identify and understand clients' needs and preferences to provide suitable property options.
Conduct property viewings and showcase properties to potential buyers or tenants.
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales or lease agreements, including price, payment terms, and contract details.
Prepare and review legal documents, such as contracts, leases, and purchase agreements.
Facilitate the closing of transactions, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property owners, buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing accurate and relevant information.
Provide professional advice and guidance to clients regarding property market trends, investment opportunities, and property values.
Assess property values through comparative market analysis, considering factors such as location, size, condition, and recent sales.
Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers to create visually appealing property marketing materials.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of properties, clients, and transactions using CRM systems or other databases.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including property registration, permits, and licensing. Handle financial transactions, such as collecting deposits, commissions, and rental payments.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development activities.
Attend real estate seminars, workshops, and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in the Real Estate industry.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, customer service and presentation skills.
Motivated individual with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
