We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced real estate broker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, with a proven track record of successfully handling primary and resale properties.

As a real estate broker, you will be responsible for helping clients buy and sell properties, providing expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, helping them navigate the complex process of buying or selling a property in Dubai.

Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Advise clients on the buying and selling of properties
Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers
Conduct property inspections and viewings
Negotiate deals and contracts with buyers and sellers
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends and conditions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals

Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience as a real estate broker in Dubai
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
UAE driver's license and own vehicle
