Qualification Requirements
 Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
 Strong interpersonal skills
 Good Knowledge of the local property
 Proven track of successful sales record
 Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
 Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
 Pleasant and trustworthy
 MS Office familiarity
 RERA Broker’s certificate
 Driver license
 Preferable to own a car

Responsibilities:

Find prospective clients, respond to all calls and inquiries.
Evaluate the client's requirements, and financial capabilities to offer the best property and/or investment.
Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability
Know how to assess and appraise the value of properties
Arrange property viewings for the potential clients
Present reasonable property offer and quotation
Draft and complete legal documents (contracts, agreements, etc.)
Generate and manage lists of properties
Coordinate with the Listing Section to process the documents
Collaborate and network with the assigned District Manager
