 Currently working as, a QHSE officer at Emdad gulf Catering LLC, UAE– EO
(Engineering Office) Project. Period from (Mar 2019 to Until now)
Role:
 Responsible for the entire food safety program for the food process (ensuring that food products are safe for consumption).
 Ensure food safety and occupational health & safety procedures are effectively in place to control the hazards.
 Develop FSMS (manual), SOP (Safe operating procedures), policies and implement food safety practices.
 Implement and monitor PRP, OPRP, CCP and HACCP plans and systems for the entire operation, report deviations and take corrective actions.
 Provide food safety and QHSE related training to all the employees to create a safe working environment and maintain adequate records.
 Work closely with QHSE manager and QHSE director to implement the regulatory changes in food safety and legal requirements.
 Conduct self-audits monthly and quarterly at all the locations.
 Conduct daily walk through and weekly scheduled and unscheduled inspections of at kitchen premises as well as facilities including staff accommodation, pump room, firefighting system and LPG system at all the locations.
 Conduct mock drills (fire, oil and chemical spill and Food poisoning), food traceability.
 Schedule for Food handler medical, third party training (BFS, BFF&BFA;), calibration, food sample collection etc… and maintain all the reports.
 Monitoring food preparation worker’s performance in the working area to ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, sanitation, and health and safety standards.
 Develop ERT procedures and implement them at all locations.
 Create an effective Risk Assessment and review it frequently.
 Work closely with the operation and maintenance departments to close out the hazards observations.
 Responsible to maintain all relevant QHSE documentation.
 On a daily basis, inspecting raw materials delivery, verifying CCP and OPRP records, conducting TBT, creating supplier's NCRs, monitoring all staff to ensure they follow COVID-19 precautionary measures.

Role:
 Monthly visit at location for health & safety, food safety inspections.
 Conducting weekly and monthly training for all catering staff related to food safety, health & safety at the locations.
 Training all staff on QHSE policies and objectives, procedures, inductions for employees on site, awareness programs and maintaining records.

(Military) & ADNOC DRILLING (NDC). Period from (Jan, 2015 to May, 2018).
Role:
 Keep an eye on the quality and safety of the preparation and served food.

Role:
 Prepare and periodic review of recruited employees’ files for documentation, as per Saudi Aramco contractual requirement.
 Preparing and processing monthly timesheets for the employees, working under Saudi Aramco projects.
 Scheduling employees’ vacation as per their agreement and organizing replacement for the same, as per the requirement of the respective job.
 Mobilization of manpower requirements in the area of project sites, as per Saudi Aramco contract specification and reshuffling in case of shortage. In addition, arranging additional manpower for service orders, as and when required by Saudi Aramco.

 Performed administrative functions to aid the human resources department: payroll, timesheets, provided different support functions in other including: bookkeeping, data entry, supply inventory and routing of domestic and international mail. Managed all online customer issues, preparing weekly summary reports through the system.
 Preparation and submittal of Invoices for regular and Additional Services, to our client Saudi Aramco on a monthly basis both in SAP and manually.
 Worked as a Team Leader Customer Support Executive at ABN AMRO Bank - loan & Credit Card division, INDIA (24 Months).
