Property Consultant Required in Dubai

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Property Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry. As a Property Consultant at Tiger Properties, you will play a crucial role in helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice to clients on buying or selling properties.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on property market trends.
Create and maintain strong relationships with clients, helping them navigate the real estate process.
Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers or renters.
Guide clients through property transactions, including negotiations and contract signings.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless and efficient real estate transactions.
Keep abreast of industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar real estate role.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in handling property transactions.
Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
A valid real estate license is preferred.
