Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant for Secondary Market at our Dubai office. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as advising clients on sales and purchases of real property, negotiating on behalf of clients, conducting training on best practices, and providing consultations and exhibitions related to real estate.

Qualifications
Real estate knowledge and 1 to 2 Years of experience in secondary Market
Sales skills
Experience conducting training for real estate best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for building and maintaining relationships
Proven ability to assess customer needs and provide solutions
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while working under pressure
Knowledge of laws and regulations related to real estate transactions in Dubai is a plus
Familiarity with relevant software tools including CRM and property portals
PLEASING PERSONALITY IS A MUST.
Minimum supervision and team player.
