Property Consultant Required in Dubai

We are looking to hire motivated Real Estate Professionals to be joining our team in Dubai.

Responsibility:

Ensure good professional relationships with owners, developers, and clients.
Ensure all leads and inquiries are attended to as per best customer service practices
Attending developer launches or other industry related events.
Build lists of properties with detailed specifications, and market through open houses, advertisements, networking, and relationships.
Arrange Residential/Commercial Property Listings on regular basis through personal networking, farming and cold calling.
Head up the negotiations with industry professionals and clients, review contracts terms, and verify accuracy.

Required Skills:

Russian Speaker
Valid UAE Driver’s License/Own Vehicle is an advantage.
RERA certified preferred.
Strong sales and negotiation communication skills.
Proven good Sales Track Record.
Self-driven individuals with a positive attitude.
Willingness to earn and can start working on commission basis.
