Property Consultant Required in Dubai

PEOPLE PERFECT ADVISORY, a leading recruitment and consultancy company in Dubai, is currently looking for a Property Consultant for one of the leading Real Estate Company in the UAE.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role includes prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring fair and honest deals.
Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales target.
Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.
Presentation to customers on the project. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals. Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
Knowledge of local demographic and economic trends to guide customers with integrity and build trust.
REQUIREMENTS:

Nationality preference will be to Russian and Hindi or Urdu speaking.
Valid UAE driving License.
Minimum two year experience as property consultant in UAE.
Must be a Team Player with good communication skills.
Ability to mediate disagreements between buyers and sellers.
Intermediate knowledge for MS Office.
Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively.
Trustworthy and results-driven.
Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation.
