We are on the lookout for Dynamic, Passionate and Energetic candidates to join our successful team as Property Consultant.

Job requirements:

Generating new business using the client database
Matching clients to specific properties
Arranging and conducting viewings
Negotiating offers with developers
Managing the sale or lease as it proceeds and liaising with all interested parties.
Expert up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market within Dubai.
Becoming knowledgeable about your specific area in Dubai

Key Job Functions:

Stay in constant touch with your team manager/head to update about all ongoing lead updates, transactions and seek his help to improvise.
Arranging appointments with company's in-house photographer to take latest and HD pictures of the property.
Follow documentation process for every transaction and make sure the compliance is met always.

Driving license essential
