F & C Properties LLC is fastest growing Real Estate Company in Dubai. We are looking for an experienced Real Estate agent who can join our multinational team immediately.

Applicants must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales/Rent and Off-Plan in Real Estate in Dubai.

- Good command of spoken and written English. Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- To generate and increase client’s portfolio via networking and prospecting.
- Prepare a daily action plan and meet the targets in a timely manner.
- Be up to date with the Real Estate market trends and be familiar with the current pricing for rental as well as sale value of a property in a specialist area.
- Cooperate with numbers of property network and develop database of prospective clients through developer’s agents, developer’s handover department agent, real estate agents, contractors, and other related channels.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
