QPack is currently seeking a skilled Product Development Executive with strong technical and creative expertise in packaging solutions. This role focuses on designing and optimizing corrugated carton structures while ensuring cost efficiency and high-quality standards. The position involves collaboration across multiple teams and direct engagement with clients to deliver innovative packaging products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop structural packaging designs in line with FEFCO standards.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and work on optimizing material usage for efficiency.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of paper grades and board combinations for product development.
• Coordinate effectively with production, design, and sales teams to meet client requirements.
• Create prototypes and client samples, ensuring quality and functionality.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in the corrugated carton manufacturing industry.
• Relevant technical qualification, ideally with a packaging or mechanical background.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArtiosCAD, or equivalent design software.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
