Process Clerk - Dubai
Magna Legal Services is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Process Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our legal support operations, you will assist law firms, corporations, and government agencies across the nation with efficient and accurate processing of legal documents. This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Communicate with clients and process servers via phone and email.
▪️ Prepare documents for service, including data entry, scanning, and copying.
▪️ Draft and assist with basic legal documents.
▪️ Support team members with miscellaneous departmental tasks as needed.
▪️ Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
▪️ Monitor and manage various client requirements.
▪️ Dispatch assignments to process servers effectively.
Qualifications:
▪️ Ability to type at least 50 words per minute accurately.
▪️ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in legal services, process serving, private investigations, records retrieval, or law firm operations. (Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered.)
▪️ Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
▪️ Texas SOP experience is an advantage.
▪️ Strong multitasking, quick learning, and problem-solving skills.
▪️ Ability to adapt, think creatively, and retain critical information.
Compensation for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on factors including education, experience, qualifications, skills, and performance.
