Medical Scheduler - Dubai

TRA Medical Imaging is seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Scheduler to join our team remotely. This role involves managing high call volumes, scheduling outpatient procedures, and ensuring smooth communication between patients, provider offices, and insurance companies. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in medical office operations, knowledge of radiology procedures, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Professionally handle high-volume calls with patients, provider offices, and insurance companies.
▪️ Schedule and pre-register outpatient procedures accurately.
▪️ Obtain, verify, and update insurance, demographic, and clinical information.
▪️ Ensure compliance with authorization requirements and maintain HIPAA confidentiality standards.
▪️ Navigate multiple software systems efficiently while documenting all necessary information.
Qualifications:
▪️ High School diploma or GED required.
▪️ Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical office environment.
▪️ Knowledge of radiology procedures, insurance processes, scheduling, and medical terminology.
▪️ Strong multitasking, customer service, and communication skills.
▪️ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
▪️ Experience working remotely is preferred.
