Green Grass Nursery (GGN), established in 2013, is a highly regarded British boutique nursery in Dubai. The Ideal Candidates Will Have the Following:

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Cache Level 3 (minimum requirement)
• Strong understanding of EYFS standards and child development

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar early years setting
• Proven experience delivering an enriched EYFS curriculum
• Experience in planning, observation, assessment, and reporting in line with EYFS

Roles and Responsibilities Include:

• Planning and delivering high-quality learning experiences aligned with EYFS
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
• Conducting regular observations and maintaining accurate child development records
• Supporting children’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
• Ensuring safeguarding, health, and safety standards are consistently maintained
• Building strong, professional relationships with parents and families
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues and leadership
• Contributing to extracurricular activities and nursery events
• Demonstrating professionalism, organisation, and a commitment to continuous improvement
