The role is primarily sales oriented and will involve creating lasting customer relationships with both new and existing customers reporting to client relations and personal shopping. Most importantly, you will provide exceptional service levels to ensure that our customers enjoy the best shopping experience, the latest trends and best designs!

The role breakdown:

Proactively target and build personal relationships with high value customers in the ME region

Maximizing the use of the technology available to meet your sale targets

Identify customers shopping spends and trends season on season, feedback to your seniors and follow up with the relevant strategy

Follow through on all customer leads, introducing the brand and engaging the customer with the service and benefits to turn a prospect into a shopper

Customer Campaign:

Participate in customer and Marketing/partnership events as required

Together with your manager or personal shopper, entertain high profile clients and conduct one to one appointments

What we are looking for:

extensive knowledge and interest in current trends and fashions

An eye for detail and good organizational skills is essential

Excellent communication skills, and confident in networking to build relationships with customers
