Key Responsibilities
• Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders
• Track expenses and organize financial and administrative records
• Coordinate personal and occasional professional logistics (e.g., travel, appointments, errands)
• Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
• Prepare and edit written correspondence and spreadsheets
• Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with care
• Provide occasional on-site support (errands, document handling, organizing)
• Troubleshoot minor technology issues (e.g., printer problems, device syncing)
• Communicate effectively via email, phone, and text
Qualifications
• Must live within 30 miles of Chapel Hill, NC
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative or personal assistant experience
• Strong computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office required
• Experience with Apple/macOS systems preferred
• Comfortable troubleshooting minor tech issues (printers, syncing, etc.)
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• High level of discretion, integrity, and reliability
• Detail-oriented with a strong aptitude for numbers and recordkeeping
• Self-starter who works well independently with minimal oversight
Requirements
• Must pass a background check, drug screening, and credit check
• Must have access to a quiet, secure remote work setup
• Flexible availability to respond to time-sensitive needs during agreed-upon hours
Compensation: Hourly, commensurate with experience
