Payroll Accountant - Dubai

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations for multiple outsourcing clients, ensuring compliance with UAE labor law and maintaining accuracy across all payroll-related processes. Immediate joiners and female candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and process complete payroll cycles for assigned outsourcing clients.
• Accurately calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, end-of-service benefits, and gratuity payments.
• Ensure compliance with WPS guidelines and UAE labor laws.
• Maintain up-to-date payroll records, employee master data, and supporting documentation.
• Handle final settlements for departing employees and generate invoices for client billing.
• Prepare and deliver payroll-related reports, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Operate ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally to streamline payroll activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Female candidates preferred for this role.
• Ability to join immediately will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, UAE labor regulations, and statutory compliance.
• Familiarity with ERP payroll systems.
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
