Position: Pasta Chef
Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

Prepare and handcraft a variety of fresh pasta dishes with precision and creativity.
Operate and maintain commercial pasta machines.
Develop new creative recipes and refine existing ones to delight our customers.
In charge of training supporting staff in pasta preparation techniques and machine operation.
Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and meets hygiene and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create a memorable dining experience.
Manage kitchen inventory and control food costs.
Train and supervise kitchen staff.

Requirements:
Proficient in making fresh pasta from scratch by hand.
Experience in operating commercial pasta machines.
Proven experience as a Pasta Chef or similar role.
Culinary degree or equivalent training.
Strong knowledge of pasta types, cooking techniques, and Italian cuisine.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Possess an entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
English proficiency; Italian language skills are a plus.
