Thumbay University Hospital in Ajman is seeking an experienced and results-driven Outpatient Department (OPD) Manager to lead and oversee daily operations. This role is critical in ensuring that patients receive seamless, efficient, and high-quality care while maintaining operational excellence across the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and manage all day-to-day OPD operations to guarantee smooth workflows and exceptional patient experiences.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative teams to optimize patient scheduling and flow.
Establish, implement, and monitor service quality standards and operational procedures.
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate OPD staff to sustain high levels of performance.
Monitor departmental performance metrics and initiate improvements where necessary.
Ensure strict adherence to hospital policies, health regulations, and accreditation requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
At least 10 years of proven leadership experience managing OPD operations or similar healthcare roles.
Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry best practices in patient care.
