Baker’s Village Store, a rapidly growing bakery and food retail brand, is looking for an enthusiastic Outdoor Sales Representative to represent the company in the field. This role is perfect for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and promoting delicious bakery products to a wide range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit cafés, retailers, offices, and other clients to present and promote our products.
• Generate new business leads, develop client relationships, and close sales effectively.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while monitoring and reporting on market trends.
• Coordinate orders, deliveries, and follow-ups with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of outdoor or field sales experience, preferably in FMCG, bakery, or retail sectors.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, energetic, and results-oriented mindset.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
