Order To Cash - Accountant Required in Dubai

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

Finance Graduate or Semi-qualified or equivalent qualifications
Good accounting knowledge (IFRS knowledge is preferred)
Analytical as well as Process oriented
Excellent communication skills
Prior working knowledge in ERP systems (ex: SAP)
Knowledge of Excel, Power Point and other Microsoft office tools
Detail-oriented and organized
Minimum Experience: 0-3 years similar experience, with a good knowledge of ERP systems.

This position will be responsible for the following.

1. Provide daily partnering support to business operations by assisting in O2C activities such as Customer Refunds, DP transfer, Exceptional application of customer payments, Cancellations and Return, Passport Release, Rebates etc

2. PDC Management, which includes PDC collection, Warehousing, Banking, Maturing, Hold / Postponement etc

3. Identify, highlight and expedite timely action to resolve exceptions / interface fall-outs by performing review,

reconciliation and substantiation of O2C accounts and reports.

4. Highlight receivables and overdues position to business to facilitate their follow-up and collection activities

5. Ensure adequate provision is created for doubtful debts as per Policy
