Athena Education is seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to join one of its leading schools in Dubai. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for managing all non-academic operations to ensure smooth functioning and support the delivery of high-quality education.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

✔ Lead and manage cross-functional operational teams efficiently.
✔ Oversee all non-academic areas including facilities, administration, and logistics.
✔ Implement operational policies and processes to enhance productivity.
✔ Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
✔ Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
✔ Maintain high attention to detail and follow-through on operational initiatives.
