Key Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in education management
• Proven track record in micro-schools, alternative education models, or elite private schools
• Strong academic leadership background, with:
• Curriculum development and implementation experience
• Student assessment and performance monitoring
• Mentoring and supporting teachers
• Operational management skills, including:
• School logistics, scheduling, and regulatory compliance
• Parent engagement and onboarding
• Coordination of external service providers
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Leadership, or a related field
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with educators and high-net-worth families
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Based in the United States
• Native English speaker or equivalent fluency
• Familiar with U.S. and international education standards
• Willing to relocate and take on a leadership trajectory toward Head of School
