Description

Maple Tyres is seeking a full- time Online Customer Service Associate! This person will assist the larger department with a variety of tasks, playing an important role in realizing company goals. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple concerns at once, and values great customer service.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and texts
Handle customer tyre inquiries and provide appropriate product recommendations
Respect and appreciate every customer

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic and/or other languages is an asset.
Previous experience (1-3 years) in customer service call center/sales is an asset.
Positive and self-starting attitude
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls and emails in a fast-paced environment
Acute attention to detail
Candidate must be in the UAE.

Hours and Location

Full-time Monday – Saturday 8 am – 8 pm, with Sunday off.
This position will be a work from home position; however, the candidate must reside in the UAE.

Salary and Commission

Base salary 2,000 AED + commission on each sale.
