W1TTY went live in October 2021 across Lithuania followed by Portugal, Poland, Spain, Latvia, and Estonia. We are gearing up for the UK launch in 2022 along with other countries pan-Europe.
W1TTY is headquartered in London and is already over 150 people strong. This includes a full-fledged team that’s growing across teams in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), account security, technical teams, finance, technology teams, UX/UI designers, marketing, and critical customer service. We have additional teams in Poland, Portugal, Greece, Lithuania, India, Dubai, and Ukraine. We are a truly internationally diverse organization.
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team to perform advanced administrative support and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
· Answer all incoming calls and emails, directing them to the relevant departments
· Effectively resolve customer queries by providing customers with correct and clear information about the company’s products and services as per guidelines, and taking adequate messages when required
· Meets greets and seats visitors
· Maintain professional behaviour all the time
· Ensure the front office and reception is clean and tidy at all times
· Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies; source and order stationery
· Perform Ad hoc duties as support staff to administration
· Deal with courier agencies: arrange deliveries and pick up of shipments, requesting quotations & negotiating corporate rates, etc
· Organizes and maintains file system, files correspondence, and other records.
· Manage incoming and outgoing correspondences
· Assists all departments when the need arises
Skills and Experience:
· Advanced English level verbal as well as written
· Extra languages advantage such as Russian / Poland / German / Italian
· At least 3 years of experience as an Office Manager
· Highly flexible, problem solver, with a strong ability to multi-task
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites i.e. MS Word, Excel, Outlook
· Strong Planning and Organizational Skills
· Excellent time management skills; attention to detail
· Ability to work independently
