We are hiring an Office Admin Assistant (preferred Arabic Male)
Requirements:
• At least 2-4 years experience on the office admin position
• Schedule Meeting and appointment.
• Plan, coordinate day-to-day administrative activities and perform administrative duties
• Generating reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Development and support of a document registration system in the office
• Draft, edit and execute letters.
• Answer telephone calls.
• Compose and prepare documents for official accounting.
• Prepare presentation.
Candidate must be in UAE for Face-to-Face interview.
