Responsibilities:

Curriculum Planning and Implementation:

Child Development:

Classroom Management:
Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment that facilitates learning and adheres to health and safety guidelines.
Effectively manage classroom behavior, encouraging positive social interactions and conflict resolution.
Parent Communication:
Establish and maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates on children's progress, activities, and any concerns.
Collaborate with parents to support and enhance children's learning experiences at home and in the nursery.
Professional Development:
Stay current on early childhood education trends, research, and best practices.
Participate in professional development opportunities and training sessions to continually enhance teaching skills.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other nursery staff to create a cohesive and supportive teaching team.
Participate in staff meetings, contribute to discussions, and share insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Relevant teaching certification and licensing.
Proven experience as a Nursery Teacher or in a similar role.
Knowledge of early childhood development theories and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
