As a global leader in facilities management services, we understand the importance of effective communication in delivering outstanding customer experiences. That's why we are seeking a qualified English Language Trainer to train our frontline workers, enabling them to communicate confidently and proficiently in English.

In this role, you will:

Conduct pre-assessment analysis to determine the language competency of our frontline workers.
Organize engaging classroom lectures and coursework, utilizing diverse teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.
Prepare creative and interactive materials and activities that cater to different learning styles.
Identify individuals with special requirements and create personalized learning plans to meet their specific needs.
Assess students' progress through evaluating assessments and other relevant measures.
Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, grades, and performance.
Stay updated with the latest language teaching methods and research to continuously improve training approaches.
Collaborate with program leads to foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports and present progress to stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

Previous experience as an English teacher, preferably with experience in training adult learners.
In-depth knowledge of various teaching methods and techniques.
Fluency in Hindi and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Flexibility with work timings and the ability to visit sites and accommodations to deliver training sessions.
Qualification in training foreigners in basic English language skills.
