Nurse Supervisor Required in Dubai

The nurse supervisor is responsible for the operational management and support of home health care day and night through efficient and effective management of resources.

Responsibilities require knowledge of home care and nursing policies and procedures, allowing independent judgment in their interpretation. The Nursing Supervisor duties includes provision of managerial and clinical links between the department direction in their absence, and the administrator on-call, also includes knowledge of Utilization Reviews, rules, and regulations as they assist physicians and staff in assigning admission status.

The Nurse Supervisor consistently demonstrates support of the Health Shield Home Health Care statement of Mission and Philosophy by striving for excellence, contributing to the team efforts, and showing respect and compassion for patients and their families, fellow employees, and all others with whom there is contact at or in the interest of the home care.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing with a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Masters Degree preferred
Strong clinical, leadership and management skills; good interpersonal and interdisciplinary relationships; a high level of initiative and creative problem-solving ability
Thorough knowledge and understanding of clinical protocols, procedures, and standards within the area of nursing expertise and commitment to Evidence Based Practice
Knowledge of related accreditation and certification requirements
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in collaborative team environment
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Five (5) years of current nursing experience with minimum of two (2) years of leadership with demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
