About the Client:

A highly trusted healthcare provider based in Dubai, specializing in Clinical Diagnostics and Laboratory Services.

Job Description:

Assign patients to nurses, evaluate the nurse’s monthly performance as per KPIs
Ensure adherence to all relevant Nursing standards and report any instances of violation to the higher management
Maintain quality assurance of Nursing documentation and confidentiality of client records
Inform patient’s family members about medical procedures and doctor’s instructions.
Train new joiner nurses for the Care of Newborn Babies, Elderly, Post-Operative, Pregnant Women, Special Needs, Pain Management, and General Medical Cases.

Qualifications:

Should have at least 3 years’ experience on the same role
Knowledgeable with Tracheotomy Care, Suctioning, Ventilating, and Rehabilitation
