I am looking for a full-time caregiver for my 10 month old son. We are implementing montessori principles for an independent child. I am looking for someone who is flexible with a new way of taking care of a child rather than a traditional way. Someone who is open to reading about new techniques and trying new ways of managing the child’s experience. Following the child rather than directing him. I can provide all the resources.

Tasks include:
Ensuring safety of the child
Providing the child with a safe physical environment to grow in the best way we can foster.
Fostering child’s focus and independence
Managing child’s daily schedule as provided by parents
Managing child’s hygiene
Managing all items related to the child including: ensuring food is prepared on time, ensuring laundry is done on time, ensuring childproofing.
Reading up on materials related to child development to ensure educated upbringing of child.
Of course all this with the parents guidance.
