Mechanical Site Engineer - Dubai

Job Summary
We are looking for a capable Mechanical Site Engineer to supervise mechanical installations and site execution on MEP and HVAC projects. The role requires hands-on supervision of installations, ensuring work is completed to project drawings, specifications and safety standards while liaising with project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical systems including HVAC, piping, plumbing and related equipment.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progresses according to the project schedule.
• Inspect workmanship and conduct quality checks to confirm compliance with drawings, specifications and standards.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, contractors and suppliers to resolve site issues and maintain workflow.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental procedures are implemented and followed on site.
• Prepare regular site reports, progress updates and technical documentation for project records.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide engineering support to site teams when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of proven experience as a Mechanical Site Engineer, preferably on HVAC / MEP projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, industry codes and construction standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; familiarity with project planning tools is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities under pressure and deliver to tight timelines.
