Mechanical Inspector - Dubai

Jouzy Consulting Engineers is actively hiring a qualified and experienced Mechanical Inspector to join their team immediately. This role is based in the UAE and offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile and large-scale residential projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing mechanical works on-site, ensuring strict compliance with quality standards, and liaising with contractors and project teams. A strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems, along with excellent knowledge of local and international building standards, is required.
General Requirements:
• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE-based experience in mechanical site inspection, QA/QC, and construction
• Solid exposure to villa projects and high-rise towers within the UAE
• In-depth understanding of mechanical systems including HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing
• Well-versed with local authority regulations and international standards
• Skilled in reviewing technical submittals, shop drawings, and inspection requests
• Must currently reside in the UAE and be available for immediate joining
This position is best suited for individuals with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks on complex construction sites.
