This is an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about real estate sales and leasing, particularly those familiar with the local property market.
As a Listing Agent, you will be responsible for securing new property listings, managing the entire listing cycle, and advising clients on market conditions and pricing strategies. You'll be expected to close deals with confidence and deliver exceptional service to both sellers and buyers.
What You’ll Do:
• Secure new property listings for both sales and rentals
• Manage the full lifecycle of listings, from onboarding to closing
• Provide accurate market insights and pricing strategies to clients
• Handle negotiations and closings with buyers and sellers
• Work towards monthly targets with the full support of the team
What We Need:
• Minimum 3 years of real estate experience specifically within the Abu Dhabi market
• Excellent telesales and negotiation skills
• Strong command in handling both sales and leasing transactions
• Outstanding communication skills and a client-first mindset
