• Provide all administrative support for the project to both the Project Managers and the Project teams.
• Create, maintain & format all documents.
• Preparation of all office correspondences (such as contract documents and memos).
• Sorts and disseminates received documents from site offices, head office, contractors & suppliers. Maintains, updates and safekeeping of documents / filing system.
• General maintenance with regard to filing/storing and ultimately archiving of correspondence, specifications, drawings and programs; for quick and easy retrieval of original documentation. Making sure that appropriate references were used based on document control procedure.
• Follow-up material delivery thru phone or by sending email to selected supplier.
• Receives and register all incoming documents, letters, and stamps received according to site office procedures which includes reproduce all acted documents for document control like Material/Shop drawing submittal, request for information, daily report, method statement, correspondence and others.
• Updating daily bases manpower and machinery which is based on sites.
