Job Title: Junior IT Support Engineer

Dubai Euro Group, through its technical services arm, is looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to join their IT team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network issues
• Assist with setup and maintenance of IT hardware and software
• Support ERP users and escalate issues as needed
• Perform routine system checks, backups, and updates
• Document issues and resolutions clearly for future reference
• Help implement basic IT security practices
• Monitor system performance and report any issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 0–1 years of experience in IT support
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (able to run simple queries)
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Understanding of computers, network infrastructure, and IT fundamentals
• Eagerness to learn, problem-solving mindset, and strong communication skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
