Junior Accountant Required in Dubai
Key Responsibilities

Input all accounting transactions
Prepare budget forecasts
Publish financial statements in time with assistance of Senior Accountant.
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Monitor balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
Make sure financial transactions and documents are perfect and up to date.
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations.

Required Skills:

A bachelor’s degree holder of Commerce (B.Com.,)
A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in bookkeeping and office administration.
Knowledge of VAT.
Versatile / various accounting software knowledge would be a plus.
Good understanding of accounting rules and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheets.
Ability to work in a team.
Dynamic and passionate with a strong teamwork mentality.
