We Are Hiring – Joinery Supervisor
We are seeking a practical, detail-oriented Joinery Supervisor to lead and oversee joinery activities for projects based in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will manage on-site and workshop operations, ensuring that joinery work is completed accurately, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
Job Role: Joinery Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise joinery production and oversee installations at site to ensure workmanship meets project standards.
· Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and other site teams to maintain an organized workflow.
· Ensure all joinery tasks are carried out precisely according to approved drawings, specifications, and finishes.
· Monitor and manage manpower allocation, tools, and material usage to maximise efficiency and reduce waste.
· Perform routine quality inspections and final finish checks to guarantee high standards.
· Enforce health, safety, and company policies on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
· Prepare and submit daily progress reports, keeping management informed of site activities and milestones.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical or site-related issues quickly to prevent project delays.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience supervising joinery works.
· Strong technical understanding of joinery production methods, materials, and installation techniques.
· Ability to read, interpret, and work from technical drawings and project specifications.
· Proven leadership and communication skills for managing site teams and liaising with stakeholders.
· Prior UAE experience and exposure to multiple joinery projects is preferred.
