• ITSM Experience: Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service catalog management.
• Technical Skills: Experience in configuring and customizing Ivanti products and other related ITSM tools. Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud technologies is beneficial.
