Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance - Dubai

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team as an Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong accounting foundation, proven leadership abilities, and the capability to oversee financial operations in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Preparation and finalization of financial statements.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and management of cash flows.
• Ensuring compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other statutory requirements.
• Generating MIS reports and conducting variance analysis.
• Leading a team and managing performance to achieve departmental goals.
• Coordinating internal and external audits efficiently.
• Overseeing general ledger activities and managing accounts payable/receivable.
Candidate requirements:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• 5–7 years of experience, with preference for UAE experience.
• Proven experience managing a team of at least 4 members.
• Prior exposure to companies with a turnover of AED 50 million or more.
• Stable career history and consistent employment record.
