IT Technician Required in Dubai

Basic knowledge of Systems Infrastructure, Server operating system.
IT Technician who has basics knowledge of database, start/Stop of database application, backup/recovery, export/import, performance monitoring.
Basic knowledge regarding network (WAN, LAN, WiFi) administration.
Maintenance of network configuration, IP-addresses, ports, VPN, remote access,
First level support for IT hardware
Familiar with various types of IT hardware (PCs, Touchscreens, RF-Terminals, Hand-Scanners, Label Printers, Label Applicators, A4-Printers, Pick-to-Light, WiFi access points)
Capable to make fault analysis whether malfunction is caused by hard-ware/embedded software/application software.
Replacement of defective hardware, if required update of embedded software or restore of images
Configuration of peripheral hardware (update of firmware/embedded software, configuration, IP address setting).
Requirements
3+ years of experience in IT peripherals and network devices in manufacturing sector
Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology
Hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting IT peripherals in a medium to large office/warehouse
Experience to configure and install upgrades on computer hardware
Hands on experience in troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware
