We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Admin Support Intern to join our dynamic IT team. As an Admin Support Intern, you will play a crucial role in providing support across various administrative functions within the IT department and admin team. This includes tasks related to WiFi networking, inventory management, general admin work, and potential exposure to ERP systems. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, enhance technical and administrative skills, and contribute to the efficiency of our IT and Admin operations.

Responsibilities:

WiFi Networking:

Assist in the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of WiFi networks.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless connectivity for all employees.
Perform basic network diagnostics and resolve connectivity issues.

Inventory Management:

Support the maintenance of hardware and software inventory.
Assist in tracking and updating inventory records.
Work closely with senior administrators to optimize inventory processes.

Admin Work:

Provide administrative support to the IT team.
Assist in documentation, filing, and organization of IT-related materials.
Manage schedules, appointments, and communication within the IT department.

Analytical Skills:

Develop a good analytical mindset to identify and address technical issues.
Collaborate with the team to analyze system performance and propose improvements.

Communication:

Communicate effectively with team members and end-users.
Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
Assist in user training sessions related to IT systems and processes.
