We are currently working with a multinational company who are expanding across META. Our client is looking for someone to help with the smooth running of the Dubai Office. Working alongside and liaising with the Managing Director. The role will be IT Operations as well as some Project management.

Roles and responsibilities:

Develop project Management plans to execute, monitor and control project progress.
Define the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Perform risk management to eliminate project threats and maximize project opportunities.
Establish and maintain good relationship with clients and third parties/vendors.
Monitoring import and export of goods, adhering to the compliance standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to successful project execution.
Deploy automation anywhere wherever it is needed in logistics, shipments, and training plans in order to minimize the workload for staff.
Coordinating all operations
Ensure that all events are executed within the approved budget
Oversee the booking of appropriate event venues, contractors, and suppliers
Ensure quality compliance across all events
Develop and maintain all policies and procedures manuals
Prepare and review operational gaps, success, and other reports
Delegate tasks appropriately and effectively

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience in IT Operations Management
Strong experience using IT systems (Salesforce, CRM, Project Management Systems)
Project management IT Systems / applications
Knowledge of KPIs and marketing strategies for event management
Excellent organizational skills
A team player with leadership skills
Strong multitasking skills to handle numerous projects and deadlines
