IT Assistant Manager Required in Dubai

Based in Dubai, Salary 15-17k per month. For a leading real estate company in Dubai we are sourcing an Assistant IT Manager to support the infrastructure and applications from a similar industry. Should have at least 8 years experience in IT and 3 years in an Assistant Manager role.

We are looking for technical abilities in the following:

Experience in installing, configuring and administering:

Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains/AX/CRM
Microsoft Sharepoint
Cloud applications and services (Office 365, SkyDrive/OneDrive for Business, etc.)
Should have a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science and/or certifications in ERP

applications (for eg. Microsoft Dynamics GP/AX, Dynamics 365 CRM, Finance & Operations,

Microsoft SQL).

Candidates for this role should have good attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills, a good grasp and understanding of IT policies and procedures, strong knowledge of networking, ERP systems, and Microsoft server and Office applications and also Reporting Platforms Power BI, MR Reports.

Responsibilities will include:

Identifying, selecting, evaluating and Supporting hardware, software vendors and consultants as necessary in
order to obtain high quality and cost-effective services with the approval of IT manager

Supporting various IT hardware & software projects throughout all project stages in co-ordination
with other business units in order to review the functionality and technical specifications provided

by the vendors to ensure project objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective

manner.

Supporting the functionality of the server, network and communication infrastructure and ensuring
continuous maintenance of the IT Networks.

Attending and participating in the vendor selection process to review quotations, timeframes, costs,
functionality, quality assurance, and user satisfaction criteria in order to meet the user requirements

and ensure the documentation of the IT procurement cycle is aligned with the IT procurement policy
